I'm not a huge fan of the mobile version of the site. It's very bland and gray and doesnt show pictures of the fabrics right off the bat. But upon switching to the desktop site, everything was smooth sailing

Great deals on the Shantung verses other sites. I have used this same material for a large project and been very happy with the quality and the shipping. I had saved all the samples from the past project and all but one of the materials was still available. Makes is real easy!

I think the quality of the product is good! Their desktop version of the website seems a little dated/basic HTML design, but it does the job. The mobile web setup is to be blunt.. pretty awful, so I place my orders and shop on a desktop. Many helpful details are nicely put with the product description though which I love!

I am currently waiting to hear back from customer support regarding receiving a wrong item with my order and to see what I am supposed to do with said wrong item. Moderatelu happy with the large selection of fabrics available, though it would be better if certain lists didnt say showing X of number when that list isn't that number nor is there a next page or anything (just showing an available number that isn't accurate/available). Also need to be better about marking selections that are out of stock, as its been an occurrence a few times now that Ive ordered a selection that wasnt actually available, though the staff at the point have been very polite and helpful in informing me of that and being able to do a refund.
