Part took the scenic route to CA, made may stops along the way. It must have really enjoyed CO & WY as it bounced back and forth from Denver to Cheyenne a couple of times. All told an eleven-day coast to coast tour. OK, can't blame that on the vender. When the part arrived, it seemed promising (belt) as it was a good fit. Installed and the brush still didn't spin. No adjustment for tension so it relies on a good tight fit.

Very disappointed. The product we received was shipped fast and efficiently. However, we quickly found out. It was not what we needed. I checked the website for the return policy, I boxed it up and put a note in the box and paid for shipping to have it sent back. My item was received earlier in May so I know it was delivered. I have called customer service over and over and the phone line just rings and rings. I sent an email to customer service and have not heard back. I would like to know when I’m going to get my refund. This is what I am disappointed in, it’s like there is nobody on the receiving end of the customer service but someone is there to ship out and take the money. Thank you.

I received the wrong part the first time I reordered again before I got it I sent the other one back. It cost me $8.50 to send it I should get a refund for the first purchase and for the shipping cost I had to pay. If I knew it was going to be this much trouble I would have thrown the first damn part in the trash. I can't get ahold of anybody about this matter. Probably because it's a bunch of AI bull shit. I definitely WILL NOT REFERE EZ VAC FOR ANYTHING.IN FACT I WILL TELL THEM THEY ARE IDIOTS IF THEY DO . This matter is more than two weeks ago more like three. I hope you do post this review other people needs to know how shitty EZ VAC is. You already have my email address . And also why the hell do you need all that personal information on who the hell I am.

The ordering process was pretty easy, and the tracking was exceptional with USPS, but on examining the vacuum filters, I noticed that they are made differently. One seems to have sturdier plastic and the filter bag is stitched onto the plastic frame, while the other seems to have a flimsier plastic frame and the bag appears to be glued to the frame. I think both will still work with my Dirt Devil Vacuum but I worry a bit about the durability of the flimsier one.

EZVacuum is a good source for my vacuum cleaner accessories.. I have two active ShopVacs; an auto vacuum; a Eureaka Mighty Mite; a battery-powered handheld; and two upright vacuums. Why? Because I have 13 cats. As you see, I need lots of acessorirs and parts. This is the place to go. And theyre in the next state to me.

Overall good experience. I ordered cord straps for a long hose. Two of the straps are defective- the rubber pin used to secure loops broke completely off while attaching. This is a product defect - not seller service issue. Otherwise satisfied and will order again if any parts are needed on the future.

I found the part I needed and placed my order through Amazon, and then began receiving order confirmation and information directly from EZvacuum. From that point until delivery, EZ sent me tracking information and kept me informed as to when the order would be delivered. The cord on our vacuum broke due do some over-usage. It's a pretty particular vacuum and this is the second time that we've broken the cord. The first time I paid a lot to get it fixed. This time, I took the vacuum apart and found it was built to be repaired and all I needed was the special cord that it required. Enter EZvacuum which had the special cord in stock and sent it very quickly. Installing the new cord was not difficult and now the vacuum cleaner works. They have all the spare parts for my vacuum, so when I need something else, I'll be coming back.

I ordered a filter used in the EZVacuum. I have had this vacuum for at least 8 years and it is all the advertising has promised. I am now 90 and this vacuum is lightweight, and has effective power. It has never needed any repair and continues to work perfectly. I ahve recommended it to neighbors.

I had a hard time finding the filter i wanted. You didn’t give me a choice to just get filter I also had to get the 4 other things that come with it but in order to get the air filter I wanted I had to get the 4 order control that comes with the filter that was not easy to find.
