I spent quite a while trying to understand all the options available. Trying to match the tire and wheel style and make sense of the prices was confusing. The ability to compare several side by side may have been helpful. Also offering each tire with wheel color and styles as options may have made the choice less confusing that seeing every combination laid out as they were. Overall I think I have ordered what will suit my use the best and think the selection will work.

Product and order process was perfect. Packaging and shipping was terrible. The box was ripped open on 3 sides. I believe it feel out of the truck and a fork lift fork went through the box several times....

Everything was good, I was a little scared that parts weren't in the box, it was a round tube and the one end of the tube was open, it must of not been taped on very good. all the parts were still in the box and ok. just make sure you tape the end of the tube the next time, other wise everything was good. Very simple to install. Great directions. Overall very satisfied with product. Can't believe why, but actually picked a 1 mpg on Truck. The rear can be a little more "loose" on wet pavement, but not severe. Does a good job on reducing sag when connecting dump trailer with 10000 lbs loaded, and also with 10000 lb fifth wheel rv.

Had to refresh many times to actually place the order. I would enter a new zip and it would not accept. With no zip code, no ability to add to the cart. Finally it accepted the zip gave shipping info and let me add the order to the cart. Almost gave up!
