I didn't realize clicking Apple Pay would make an immediate purchase, which had the wrong shipping address. I immediately called and left a message with the customer service rep on the confirmation email. I also responded to the email and sent an email to customer service to change the address. By the next morning it had already shipped to the wrong address. After calling your team, they put a return to sender on the package allowing me to order again. Although the checkout and shipping were highly efficient, it backfired in this instance. Thanks for making it right. You gained a customer for life.

The roof rails sat for a while before we were able to install but my son and I were impressed by the quality and sturdiness of the rails. Installation went smoothly and the instructions were clear (once we remembered what type of rails we ordered 😉). We especially like the locking feature.

We ordered this on 10-2. The tracking became available shortly after and has never been tracked once. It is now 10-14 and we have no idea when or if our product will show up. I have had to reschedule my customer and no one can tell me where my product is after 2 times chatting. The first person said they would update me via email and never did. Now I am supposed to wait 14 days for this to arrive before anything can be done? That is hte 19th which is the seconda date my customer chose and now will probably have to reschedule again! Not happy.
