The hitch i bought from you guys was very good quality and made me happy overall so when I needed a different item that you also carried i felt very comfortable purchasing it through you. The only negative thing was the shipping box for the hitch was badly damaged. Something out of both of our control but the hitch itself was still good. I just hope the converter i just bought comes in a safer condition because that is way more likely to get damaged.

I received my package on time, I originally a sway bar was missing, Etrailer was on it and called the manufacturer to send me a new sway bar, a few days later I found the sway bar in my original packaging, I informed Cody of my mistake, This company service was excellent I’m definitely recommending to friends and family!!!

Quick shipping height adjustment was a great part but the coupling was not. The bolt that was to keep it tight would not stay tight a the whole thing would get loose and had towing issues that were not safe. Just flat towing like it was designed for Would not recommend

The etrailer product showed interference with a sensor's connector bracket. We cannot determined if the bracket was bent or not, but manually bending the bracket, the interference was alleviated.
