There was an issue with etrailer’s network dropping in and out. My online purchased authorization delayed. On-line chat was not seeing an issue. So I back buttoned out and came back in and PayPal payment was accepted. No issue.

Packaging was bad. No tape on the box, only staples. No padding inside the box so the hitch was just flopping around damaging the box. And I received no fasteners to mount this hitch to my vehicle. I've reached out to etrailer to have my fasteners shipped ASAP.

By far the number one thing that attracts me to and keeps me with etrailer is personal customer support. I am willing to pay more for that one thing. AI support, and "knowledge bases" are fake support and rarely answer any real questions.
