Your website was extremely hard to navigate. Failed loading, repeated hang ups when trying to add things to the cart. Once added to the cart I had to refresh the webpage several times to finally get to the cart. Once in the cart I took several more attempts of refreshing the website before it finally loaded into the payment portion. Overall I do like your products. I like the prices. However it took over fifteen minutes to just check out. If you need any details i.e. the browser I'm using or anything like that let me know I'm happy to respond to any questions

I have used E trailer in the past and have had good experiences with them. This product that I bought did not come with any directions that I could find. So I went on ChatGPT to find some directions. It also had a different nozzle than I expected, and I have no idea why this has such a weird nozzle.

So glad my fried who made he recommendation to purchase running boards from etrailer walked me thru the ordering process. When I searched for the running board and installation kit he had already found for me, the items did not appear in the search. I was only able to find the items because he had saved the part numbers. The items he found were on the average at least $100 less than the parts that the search displays. I found it interesting that what I was seeing using Google as my browser was different that what he was telling me my screen / webpage should display. Very pleased with the price. Was blown away by the $285.06 quote for shipping to get the items 1 day earlier.

I needed to install a hitch on my 2018 Honda crv. It has spent its whole life in New England, so I was concerned that installing a hitch after 8 years of road salt exposure/corrosion would make it impossible. I knew that etrailer would have excellent installation videos, so I gave the site my vehicle info, and checked out the install videos. I saw an etrailer guy installing a hitch on my model car, and based on that, decided I could do it myself. I put an order in the same day and the hitch arrived on time. Installation went exactly as described in the product documentation and as described in the video. I am super happy. It’s nice to not have to pay extra for installation and go through the hassle of scheduling an installer. The hitch looks great btw.
