The price is great. Shipping, not so hot. Didn’t receive the item the first try. After talking with customer service, a second hitch was sent, which I did receive. The problem with both shipments was the packaging. The hitch is too heavy and has too many sharp edges for the way it is packaged. The first hitch I did not receive because it shredded the box it was shipped in and came out of its box. UPS said it was not delivered due to damage. The second hitch did get delivered, tit had pretty well destroyed the box it was shipped in. I believe you have a good product, and your customer service is great, but you can’t just dump something like this in a cardboard box and expect shipping to go well. At least wrap the sharp edges so it doesn’t just tear through the box.

everything was great except you had two versions that fit and i couldn't tell them apart except one being more expensive by 12 dollars. I went with the cheaper one because it had the installation video of my exact truck. the two versions were C38KR and C55378 (bought this one). No clear difference between the two. Other than that great, loved that you had my exact truck in your install video.
