Experience with the website was fine. My first experience wasn’t good they sent me the wrong part twice so I called and explained to them you keep sending the wrong part so I suggested they check those parts in the bin and they were all wrong finally they sent the correct part. My second experience is recently I ordered a roller for the bow on my boat trailer and it’s been over a week now heck I could have gone to the boat store near me and got one that next day but I wanted to give ETRAILER another try. Sorry I did and I’am still waiting on the part. If it’s not here this Monday Oct 26,2026 I’am going to the boat store near me. When does show up I’ll send it back for a refund.

My experience shopping online at etrailer has been good. Their products are as advertised. I have only bought a couple of items from here. The last item was for my utility trailer and I was pleased with the item. This time it is a cover for my trolling motor propellers...time will tell. :)

eTrailer's web site makes it easy find the right parts. However, if you are in a hurry, the shipping is outrageous. 2-day shipping would have cost $85 for a light set that retails for $75.

I ordered wrong Size Rim my first time around. Customer Service noticed I reordered another Rim one size up a day after receiving original order. She asked me was I sure this Time I was measuring and ordering correctly... Then Proceeded to issue me an RMA with a Shipping label to simply print for return of MY Screw Up! She also questioned tge difference in Rims I had selected and actually got the real Rim I wanted to match my trailer which I hadnt done when I ordered that 2nd Time. Glad I had the Customer Service Agent on my side...Thank You!

This site needs a way to order a custom length safety cable. If I need a custom length cable I should not have to order two additional cables. Your company could benifit from selling me a custom size cable and make more money in the end. You should be able to make these in house if you have the correct tools.
