Ordered three tire, only two in stock so order was held up. I did a live chat and ask ed them to send two that were unstuck and send third when it comes in. two were delayed a little more then week.

It seemed challenging to get 5th wheel hitches compatible with my vehicle. I wanted a list of ones to compare features and price that fit my vehicle. I had to do a lot of scrolling through each hitch to see if its compatible. It did tell me on some of them that it was not compatible with my vehicle because I had put my vehicle year and model in. Maybe I wasn't using it properly but I'm very computer literate and I'm actually a software consultant so usually I can figure most anything out. I got it done but it seemed like it was more work but it should have been. You can contact me and I could probably do a better describing if I went into the screens and tried what I did. Picking certain bottles and have them pop up in a grid for comparison with various features would be handy right

Website was good on the initial purchase after that my purchase did not show up to two to three days as it showed on the details of the item then it took almost 3 weeks to get what I was looking for so I had to purchase some somewhere else but before they even showed up I tried to email and contact somebody through the website and I never got any response whatsoever now I have bearings that I cannot use but now I have to try to figure out how to get my money back and call the credit card company

No matter how much I adjusted two of the bolts will not go in. I still haven't been able to put the two in, I am going to have to drill into the hitch to have them fit. I did not expect to have so much trouble getting this hitch to go on, very disapointed.

etrailer allowed me to buy the replacement part that was not available on the Swagman website. The Swagman part came with screws that were too big and the part cracked when installed. I epoxied it back together and used some slightly smaller screws. It all worked out
