pretty simple first of these 2 orders I ordered the wrong hole pattern wheel DOH!! my bad so I get to pay $60 some to send it back....yup consequences for actions..... was given no grief just consequences Lol .....2nd order is the correct wheel and I won't likely make that error again any time soon

Utilizing your website I put in my RV year making and model and the parts I was looking for. A trailer recommended the two parts. Turned out they were not compatible with my RV. The rep said I was not able to return it because they have a complete unit they sell now. And I was told I cannot return what I bought. So I wasted almost $100 between the products and shipping. I don’t know that I’ll buy anything else from each trailer Again.

I really like shopping with E-trailer but they don't carry enough American made products, especially on the items that are the most frequently purchased like trailer couplers and jacks. Also, the packages don't always get delivered on time. Overall it's a great place to shop but they would be doing themselves a favor by only selling American made products, at a minimum that should be listed in the description... like the opening sentence!

The box was damaged and one of the end links for the sway bar had fallen out. I contacted etrailer and William B responded. I sent him photos of the damaged box and he forwarded them to the manufacturer and I was sent out a replacement part the next business day.

I was able to find the part I needed for my fifth wheel camper fairly easily. The ordering process was easy to accomplish. I did like the email updates. I marked the delivery questions low. I do not believe this to be an etrailer issue but more a USPS issue. The reason here is I received an email from etrailer stating my item had shipped and this email was within 24 hours of my ordering. So, with that in mind etrailer would have received a 10. The question doesn’t ask that, only, did I receive the item on time.

I have received TWO incorrect orders. The Gen Y offset ball for my Ram puck system , came with Gen 1 & Gen 2 parts. The black deck plate was the old style so the bolts didn’t work. Customer service has been great - but I had to reschedule my camping trip in my new truck twice for the mishipment. They gave me -10% off which is greatly appreciated. But I really would like my hitch. I will Continue to buy from Etrailer due to the amazing customer service.

Delivery was good but packaging delivered in was all tore up. One entire end of box was off but everything seems to be there without any damage damaged. Definitely not substantial enough package for that heavy product otherwise everything looked good.
