I purchased a lockable trailer door latch from E Trailer. The manufacturer had placed the incorrect key number in the box. I contacted E trailer via E-mail, and they sent the correct key to me right away. All is GOOD !!

Products were good quality and easy to install. Did have to call in to get instructions for rear hitch. Instructions were missing from box and both boxes were damaged due to lack of packing in boxes to secure hitches in boxes.

I tried multiple times to check out. Everything looked fine, but I kept getting a message stating my shipping address was invalid. I even used your validated shipping address! Finally I retyped the whole address to get it to work. I wasted way too much time dealing with this. No problems with etrailer, just the shipping issue.

Ordered some safety chains and some tie down anchors that I needed. Showed up 4 days later and everything worked great. The chains were simple to attach to my Gen-Y pin box and the tie downs were easy to install. Hardest part was getting the holes open from all the Rhino Lining. I really like ordering things from etrailer, always just what I wanted.

I had a foot pedal commode leak, and found part needed at etrailer. Had issues about how to install valve, wonderful lady helped me by suggesting a you tube video. Perfect! I did exactly that, and voila! Got it done, BTW, im a 77 year old woman and love etrailer for all my RV needs.

Your website is probably a 4 out of 10. Spend the money and make it more user friendly. The money you spend will come back to you in multiples. It’s completely outdated and looks very amateur. This type of website is fine for the boomers, but younger people tend to put value on the quality of the website and their overall experience when using it. I called and spoke to customer service and that experience was great!
