I’ve looked at the website before but we couldn’t decide. Google AI helped me decide on two different trailer hitches for our two cars. Sadly you only seem to carry one of them. I’ll probably call tomorrow and make sure you don’t have the second one. You had the same price as the manufacturer but the manufacturer had a longer shipping time so I chose you guys.

Found the products just fine but the checkout and payment process took a long time. It did not recognize my address initially and so I took the version of the address it recognized. But then there was some type of error (red text) saying that the address or options were not valid. It only worked after selecting the option stating that my shipping address was different from my billing address (which it is not)

Great but I kept putting in my address and was told there was no option for shipping to my address. I had to call and be placed on hold so I kept testing the purchase and it finally went through … not sure what was wrong why I couldn’t just make a purchase and receive shipping in the beginning.

I was looking for a pretty specific part for my motor coach and called the customer service line to make sure I was ordering the right part. This was the worst experience from the beginning. I ordered a product that was said would arrive on Tuesday (I needed it by Friday due to a move scheduled), on Wednesday at 8 p.m. got an email that the product was actually on back order until the end of August. Was given an alternative that could be used and ordered that but they refused to ship it overnight to arrive on Friday morning for install. The finally agreed after multiple back and forth emails to ship it to arrive some time on Friday. Then the product was stuck at the hub on Friday by the carrier. It was a night mare and there was no since of urgency or caring. Multiple time got the "i can't UPS it overnight, that's not an option"! This was a issue created due to lack of communication from this company. I will NEVER work with them again and my installer recommended them and was so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care.
