Interaction was good but a dimensioned drawing of the jack would have helped (it lists inches of lift but isn't clear if that is measured from the outer post or mounting flange.

gCalled for help with choosing a brake system and replacement A/C unit for my RV. Spoke with Rachel M. I spoke with her on Tuesday and told her what I needed. Then I emailed photos of the Dexter model sticker on the axle and a photo of the old Dometic A/C unit I wanted to replace. I was interested in both parts and installation. Rachel said she would research my parts and scheduling and would get back to me. After waiting for 3 days I emailed her and resent the photos. She contacted me and said that she had been out of the office. I tried to nail her down on the parts and installation openings, but I couldn't. Being very frustrated, I just went ahead and ordered what I thought I needed from shopping your website. I will (attempt) to install new brakes and an A/C unit myself. Very poor customer service people!

I needed a repair kit for one of the landing gear legs on my trailer could not find it at any parts house I called sent pictures of my gears and measurements. They researched and found a kit that will work. I ordered it received it installed it and it works great so I ordered a second kit to rebuild the other leg.

I ordered a front receiver hitch. The product arrived on time but the box was damaged, upon inspection I found that some of the hardware was missing. I contacted Noah C , he requested pictures of the damage and the hardware that arrived. He has requested a set of replacement hardware from the manufacturer. We are waiting to hear back from them. Noah C handled my issue in a courteous and timely manner. This was the first time that I’ve had any issue with an order from etrailer. They’re a great place to do business with.
