Overall I had a good experience; what could have made it even better would have been "suggestions" for additional "needed items" for what I'm looking for. In this case Safety Chain attachment shackles; I found all of the hardware that I need for replacing my trailer safety chains. The ends a bare (no attachment hardware) on one (1) end for most items listed, hence my comment.

I have been purchasing my trailering needs from etrailer for years. Always have what I need for any of our vehicles. This most recent hitch for the new 26 jeep wragler was definetly heavy duty, the hardware was HD. Install was easy.
