The checkout experience is quite frustrating. You should allow users to create online profiles to track orders/purchases. While attempting to checkout I received confirmations all along the way including a successful email but then followed by a unable to process email with no way to resubmit. This is a terrible experience and you should update your checkout experience to validate the credit card at the point of sale and not after the fact and definitely dont send out a success email if it wasnt processed correctly. I've never had any issues with this credit card or any others while online shopping quite like this.

I purchased shackles w/bolts, U bolt kits, and leaf springs from etrailer. To my surprise they had springs treated with anti corrosion treating, I was delighted to find I would not have to paint them with Cold galvanizing compound. Being out of town I asked my neighbor and brother-in-law to make sure everything matched, but I did not ask him if the springs were silver. I only having one night to fix my boat to go on vacation. I took it. Everything was OK. I got home. Worked until 1 AM. Reopen the box to put the springs on and found that the springs were not treated the thing that made me ecstatic about this job was the treated spring but E Trailer did not supply me with the treated springs. They supplied me with some plain black springs that we’re all chipped just as I knew they would be, which is why I wanted to treat it spring and I didn’t get them, but I don’t have time to fool around for another week waiting on Parts. I’m going on vacation so I had to paint the springs with Cole galvanized and compound and I’m not happy that I had to.
