I have made multiple attempts to purchase items through your website, only to be told that my billing information does not match my card. I previously used PayPal successfully, so I attempted to use it again for this order. Unfortunately, my order would not go through, regardless of which payment method I tried. When I called your customer service department to find out how to resolve the issue, I was shocked by the response I received. The associate essentially told me, “If it doesn’t go through, just buy your stuff somewhere else.” Seriously? Is that how you treat customers who are trying to give your company their business? I was attempting to purchase nearly $2,000 worth of RV parts and components, including brakes, a water heater, and other items I needed for my RV. Rather than making an effort to resolve the payment issue or help me complete my purchase, your representative essentially sent me to your competitors. As a result, I am now purchasing these items from other vendors. You have lost a substantial sale, and your company’s handling of this situation has cost you more than just this one transaction. I will not use your website again, and I will not recommend your company to others. Payment processing issues can happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of effort to help a customer resolve the problem. A simple willingness to investigate the issue, offer an alternative solution, or escalate the matter would have made a significant difference. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot believe a company would allow a customer service representative to dismiss a customer who is attempting to spend nearly $2,000 with them by simply telling them to shop somewhere else. You had an opportunity to earn my business and retain me as a customer. Instead, your website and customer service drove me directly to your competitors.

Customer service rep Mike Lindsay saw a review I posted about the clamp not being a good size and noted I might be able to find the right size clamp on their site and recommended one and the article number. I have since ordered and hope it is the right fit. He reached out to me and I was impressed that he did.

My prior Order #125739416, Placed On: 10/13/26, Ship Status: Shipped I have not received it, and there's no verification that the label was scanned or properly created. I had a job scheduled for this weekend, and this delay has pushed it back by 2 weeks on my end. Very disappointing, and I've had no issues receiving trailer orders from other vendors. This purchase appears to be ok but the prior purchase is a problem.

I ordered and the tracking was great then I ordered a second item a day or two later and I got notification that it has shipped that was Monday and the tracking has not changed since and I have not received that order yet and no idea when it is coming because there is no estimated delivery date

I didn't realize clicking Apple Pay would make an immediate purchase, which had the wrong shipping address. I immediately called and left a message with the customer service rep on the confirmation email. I also responded to the email and sent an email to customer service to change the address. By the next morning it had already shipped to the wrong address. After calling your team, they put a return to sender on the package allowing me to order again. Although the checkout and shipping were highly efficient, it backfired in this instance. Thanks for making it right. You gained a customer for life.
