This is the 2nd time I've fit checked a rack - says it doesn't fit and it totally fits - didn't by the last one from you - bought from Amazon - but they do not have as good a selection - and the pictures on the site actually show the rack on a superduty - but it says it won't fit - then the detail pictures of the product are also not accurate - the Pro 2 is not the same as the base trac rack -but the pictures are the same...

The website was very glitchy. When it first came up it looked like a 1990 Windows XP site. Linked pages didn't fit on the screen, and options looked like an old site navigation list. After adding a hitch and wiring harness to my cart and filling out the info, the "continue to payment" link sent me to a screen with no way to enter payment info. Had to refresh the screen to get one to show up. Either someone has hacked your system, or your website is corrupted. Have used it before on this computer/browser without this issue.

Over all I have no issues with finding parts usually. Although I can not clear the search bar that has a Tiffin Allegro rv that I previously looked up parts for.. That bugs me tyhat i have to fight that I don't want any saved nit in there, I work at a repair facility and have to use a different unit often and that interferes.

Sometime between when the order was placed on Saturday and when it left the St.Lo postal facility Thursday night, someone lost the order and I couldn't get tracking info. My suspect is the Post Office but nt sure. If I order again I will NOT use USPS for delivery!!!!!

Trailer hitch received for 2026 Subaru Outback did not fit. My model is a "Limited" rather than the basic "Premium." Not sure if that was the source of the problem. On-line info advertised hitch for 2026 Outback without any qualifiers. However, etrailer staff was totally understanding and provided product return authorization without question.

I needed to replace broken latch on 15,000 pound hitch that was on year only. Customer service sent me a replacement part for a 5,000 pound hitch. Then I was told the parts I needed were not available. So I ordered a complete hitch to get the parts needed.

Tracking was a little tough, only because of a holiday and dealing with the USPS! I’ve used etrailer many times before. I’ve purchased some products on the “Chinese “ shopping network and the product did not work. I had to order the same product from etrailer and it works just like OEM!
