My biggest frustration with etrailer in the past is that they ship UPS and then it transfers to USPS which slows down the entire process. And is quite ridiculous. It is also the reason I don’t use etrailer as much as I could.

All parts met expectations. Paid extra for 1 day shipping but took two days. Tracking stopped on second day. Seemed like parts got close to me, like maybe 30 miles away, in first day, but took another day to make it rest of way.

I called in for a specific issue with my Mercedes Sprinter RV showing a notice on my dash that my trailer Signal and Brake lights were out when ai plugged in my spare tire license plate light. It was verified that the 7 pin adapter with built in resistor would solve the problem and it did!!
