I was surprised to find the Canoe Gunwale brackets with a common fit for SUV factory bars. They are very high quality and I useful for canoes or kayaks on roof top bars. I have purchased many items for my RV and boat trailer from etrailer, I only had on instance when I was displeased with the order, one item kept giving me different ship days every day, so I cancelled the order and found it elsewhere and had it in 2 days. Was a little disappointed at the manufacturer's lack of replacement fans and the original design did not work well but the replacement, also by the same manufacturer, seems to have mitigated all of my concerns! Fan is stronger, light is brighter. Only thing I had an issue with is not being able to use the exact same holes from the original product but that's a small con for all the pros.

Item was too heavy for the box, when it arrived the box was destroyed and numerous items missing. Contacted Nikki in customer support through email and sent pictures and description of the issue. Each time it would take at least a day or two to hear back. Under normal circumstances this would be fine but we were under a time crunch. She responded that she wanted pictures of the contents of the box so she could see what was missing even though I gave them a list on the email. I did not hear anything back and sent another email, so I called and after a 25 minute wait I talked to Eli. He was very helpful in that he got into her email was able to see our conversation plus the pictures I had sent. He said that she had placed an order for the replacement parts and they were scheduled to go out. I told him that a response from her would have prevented the phone call to him. He apologized for her, emailed me the tracking number once it was established and I was able to see it from there. All of this took close to a week of back and forth and I feel it could have been handled better with better communication. All in all I received everything I needed but the instructions but Thanks to your installation video's was able to get everything installed the day before we left. The biggest thing here is that the box was not suitable for the weight of the hitch without and supportive banding or packing.

E trailer provides shopping without traveling 50 miles to a store to shop for RV products. While I would prefer to shop at a store, 100 miles round trip to spend less that $75 dollars doesnt make sense.
