The same light “black wire cover part” on my trailer is broken. I don’t know how it broke. It’s just been sitting in my backyard, but the plastic itself must be crap, but I need one to match the other other side. The website was easy to navigate, but 4.99 for shipping a part that weighs 3-4 ounces is ridiculous, but I guess that’s how to make more money.

Product information was ok. Found what I was looking for in answered questions. Had some trouble in checking out. When got to information page. it crashed and would not let me enter any information. Left site and came back. Still had my cart entries, was then able to check out. Had to wait about 2 minutes for completion after submitting order. Possible internet problem. Some confusing details about trailer hitches for my vehicle for which I sent a question to be answered. Received a quick reply that I would get an answer in my inbox. Nothing in the last day so gave up and just ordered what appears to be the right selection. WackO Silencer works better than expected. It reduced the noise from the AC so low that we no longer have to pause the TV in our RV until the cycle is complete, we don't even have to turn up the TV volume. Great product and east to install wo mods that would not let me go back to the original configuration.

The power rv steps from etrailer is exactly the same brand and model. Etrailer has been my go to source for upgrades and replacement parts since I purchased my first motorhome in 2018, and now with my larger motorhome. When I damaged my steps by not being able to avoid hitting a car spare tire and wheel lying in my lane in heavy traffic it also bent the attachment bolts of the steps. These bolts have proved to be next to impossible to locate. These bolts can be found, just not in the length required of 4”. I’ve had to contact the manufacturer of the motorhome to try and purchase to keep from having to buy a box of 250 3/8”x 4” elevator bolts just under a dollar each so I can get the four bolts I need. I realize every rv manufacturer probably uses different hardware to mount these steps or not but it would be awesome if etrailer carried these bolts or the step manufacturer supplied them.
