Love your descriptions and review videos. Great products and selection. I love that many of your products have pictures of the product installed. I really miss it when they don't. for example the custom CIPA towing mirrors for my Ford F150 do not have pictures of it installed. I really wanted to see before purchasing if they look as good as the claim. I have a Platinum 2022 truck that I really like the look of and don't want odd looking mirrors on it.

The website does not work well on mobile at all. It should be completely overhauled. I also kept having errors trying to add items to my cart. During checkout, I never saw anything about tax or shipping charges using Apple Pay for the quick options. The website had what I needed, but it’s definitely not a quality website experience.

The bolt-on trailer hitch arrived with a large metal piece sticking out of the cardboard box. I bought it as a gift for my grandson who is turning 16 and will be given a 2014 Prius. He's a nationally ranked mountain bike racer, so needs to have a bike rack on his car. I haven't oped the box as it is a gift he'll get 7/3/26. Product I ordered is designed well, very flexible, and at a good price. I asked a question online and they answered it quickly- customer service is rare these days. I found this product on my phone, but it was a little difficult to find it right away at their website on my computer (I had the sku # but no place to enter it). Contacted 2 of your different " experts" first one told me I would have to remove a hub / drum from my fifth wheel rv to get seal number and wheel bearing numbers to order new complete dexter axle hub / drum assemblies with pregreased bearings. Second one once I provided dexter axle serial number from axle on my fifth wheel rv told me it would be the certain hub / drum assemblies I then ordered. Then once went to install them noticed (thankfumly prior to c9mplete removal of existing hub / drum assemblies that the lug studs on the new ones ate a 9/16 diameter lug stud and my current hub /drum assemblies are 1/2 inch diameter lug studs and my wheels will not fit the 9/16 diameter lug studs. I then asked 3 different people including the expect that told me those where the hub / drum assemblies that would fit my rv and once I got a reply I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee. Then once I showed screenshots showing the conversation with the expert that told me those would fit then I was told I would not be able to just do exchange for propper fitting hub drum assemblies I would get a full refund. Well we sent the hub drum assemblies back that very day and as of yet have not recieved the refund back into our account!
