I don't understand why Estee Lauder Canada don't have more of the lip gloss set and some perfume sample sets when they seem to sell out so fast every year, and I see the US still have them, sometimes way past New Year. I'm not happy that Canadians have to buy$150 to be able to purchase the Holiday Block Buster whereas the requirement in the US and UK (maybe other countries too, I don't know) are much lower. I wanted to buy travel size of Aerin Jasmine, but they never carries it.
There are times when I didn't shop much at Estee Lauder because of their rewards program; I couldn't redeem my birthday gift because they ran out or technical glitch, or a lot of free products I wanted were gone and they didn't replenish them for a long time, or they gave out old products. They also like to recycle free gift that they gave out many months ago by giving it again months later as free gift. In the US, one could also include the spending from other stores to get points with the rewards program, but why not in Canada?
Nevertheless, I like the ingredients and quality of their products, but not so much the prices which seem to go up quite fast. The Block Buster is very nice although I don't normally use eyeshadows and blushes, I still find it good value. It would be better if they let us choose between Supreme and Supreme Bright cream, since Supreme moisturizer is very hard to absorb on my skin. However, please eliminate SLS from the cleanser, and petrolatum from some moisturizers. Free returns on makeup products would be great since it's very difficult to choose colors online. Many times, I didn't buy because of it.
