I don’t think it’s fair that I cannot get the bonus gift and use my loyalty discount that I have earned as a loyal customer. I used to enjoy the bonus gifts but I can no longer add them to my cart if I also want to use the elist code despite spending a lot of money on your products over the years. I am looking for other options now.

The site navigation was terrible. Never seen it so nuts. At first I thought maybe everyone was bombarding the site to buy the holiday gift but then I I also thought maybe your rivals were interfering so purchasers like me would give up. Believe me I almost did. I even asked AI what’s was going on and if it could help me find out more about the difference between the two options for the big red gift. AI COULD NOT!!!! So you definitely were undergoing something awful if even AI couldn’t retrieve info from the site about what colours were in each option. Terrible. I reluctantly ordered the rebellious rose but also wanted info about the other one and had no way of finding out the difference or how to choose Really left me shaking my head at the third rate experience when I am such a totally loyal EL person. Most people would have walked away from it, so I’m going to assume you lost a lot of potential purchases today.

I live in a rural community and I used to buy all my EL products at the Bay. And I only use EL products. I am now available to buy on- line. Hallelujah!! Hope you can eliminate postage charges.

so much bigger than i expected! so presentaion is nice but getting the objects out of the plasteic casing was a pain. kind of wrecked the reveal. more paper keass pmastec next time. full sized is the way to go. appreciated being able to pick the lipstick tone

I absolutely love the Este Lauder fragrance “Knowing”. I have been using this fragrance for many years and whenever I wear it I always get compliments on how nice I smell.

Would love to have had a better representation of gift sets in fragrances offered. I especially found that Youth Dew was a dismal product representation. I understand that the women who love this fragrance are a smaller population but, they love what they love. The department stores offer a much better selection on these gift sets.... I would have thought since these sets come from Estee Lauder that there would be more selection. How disappointing.

gift wrap now costs money, complimentwry product size is hidden and there is no option to add a sample of a parfume Glimmer so i can purchase full size. I was loyalty customer but due to a few issues I am not anymore and mafe an order only to get christmas box for my mom

I like the options to group skin care products for extra savings opportunities and the gift sets available at reasonable accessible price containing products I use all the time. That's a nice touch that keeps me coming back. It is very expensive though.

I contacted customer service because I received an email saying if 45 days go by and they can't fulfill my order they'll cancel it. I wanted customer service to simply extend that time frame as I'm not in a hurry to receive it but want to receive the special price that it was offered at when it does become available. Customer service explained that when 45 days go by, it automatically becomes voided as a transaction and they can't stop that process.
