When I called in the man had a thick accent and I could not make out everything he said. So we had a miscommunication about the shipping and the billing address which are two different addresses for my situation. The first package I did not receive the second package when I called in about they have sent my first package to my billing address which is a no and then after I discussed it with the guy and I thought we had it cleared they sent my second package to the billing address. So having to make me go almost 200 miles to pick up my package. The second package I received, so my order got filled eventually. But I believe the guy cannot understand what I was saying. And I know I cannot hardly make out what he said. So I believe miscommunication was the biggest problem here in my situation
I received part of my order at the shipping address. And like I said, the other half went to a billing address which I told him no. And he argued with me. So I was upset, but at the end, after I went back to the billing address two hundred miles away, I finally got my package
