I didn’t find the site easy to navigate. I was expecting easier links from the Home Screen to take me to holiday sets. I ended up finding it through the menu but even the menu wasn’t the easiest. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase!

This was my first time getting Estée Lauder. Obviously I’ve heard of the company but in my 20s I just went with cheaper companies, and as you would expect, I got what I paid for. As I am aging, quality products and a good self care regimen is becoming more and more mandatory. I was excited to try something new especially after reading reviews EVERYWHERE saying to use EL for aging skin. So I took advantage of all the holiday sales they had online and I am so thankful that I did! I have never used such high quality products & I’m so sad I didn’t start this years ago! Seriously, over night my skin looked five years younger on the first use of the Advanced Night Repair line!!! I can’t wait to see how great my skin will look in a month, a year, etc. I cannot say enough good things! My only regret is not starting sooner. It may sound cliche, but it’s fact. If you are in your 20s and reading this, start now! Don’t wait like I did until you are almost 40.

Bought one of my all time favorite men colognes that is normally sold under the women’s cologne name but I’m smelling like all man right now, you got to experience this fragrance around women they take notice instantly.

I would like to see a crème blush product, and descriptions of products that are better for mature skin, I.e., minimizes fine lines, eye liner/shadow good for delicate skin around eyes.

My love of EL began with my first Christmas make-up box. For many years, I traveled 70% of the year for work and my EL makeup stayed fresh from the time I put it on in the morning until I removed it in a hotel at night. I've received numerous comments that I don't look my age (almost 70) and I believe at least partial credit is due to the gentle foaming face mask and moisturizing creams I've used through the years. I have often recommended EL. The only thing I wish is that some new, fresh perfume scents would be developed. I have recently purchased Beautiful Magnolia, which is nice, but I would love a light, non-fruity, smell that didn't say "I'm older." *laughing

My order was supposed to be guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. The delivery date kept changing & it was difficult to discern just when it would be delivered. I went online to contact a customer service rep & and AI typed responses that weren’t helpful. When I finally did get a hold of a live rep to express my frustration & ask questions she was blunt & completely unapologetic. I told her this was our daughter’s only Christmas gift & she had nothing to open on Christmas Day. I was upset & she was so disappointed. The rep just gave me a delivery date & again didn’t acknowledge my situation. I asked if there was some sort of compensation I could receive. Still, no apology- she just said she’d send out samples & ended the conversation. Later, I received a tiny perfume sample & very small cleanser sample. Hardly enough to have made up for all the waiting time & anxiety of my situation. When the order did come it was tossed on my porch. I love Estée Lauder & was hoping to share that with my 11 yr old daughter who’s now very into skin care & make-up. I want her to use & be excited about these products. After being so discouraged on Christmas she was happy to finally receive her gift but all of the excitement & waiting left her feeling less than thrilled like I wanted her to be. This holiday gift was supposed to be like a rite of passage- passing along cosmetics & skin care & introducing her to the world of Estée Lauder. The samples were not impressive after all we’d gone through & I reiterate, we did not ever at any point receive an apology for the delay. The delivery date kept changing & the customer service woman was hard to access & very blunt when I did. Had I to do it over again, knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t have ordered the holiday gift. I’m still extremely disappointed & discouraged. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 36 years. To have this happen really saddens me & makes me feel unvalued as a customer.

I thought some of the gift options were confusing - i.e., I wanted to buy several gifts for various female relatives but could only select one free option per order, not per gift, so I ended up not buying 2 other gifts here. I also was unsure which moisturizer would be best for me, on the far side of 60; the one I wanted to try did not include an spf; there were no recommedations for which moisturizer would be best for very mature facial skin and while I understand that I could get that in a store, it is not possible for me to visit a store in person at the present time. I little more guidance in the product descriptions would have been welcome to me.

I did have difficulty identifying some of the items I wanted to purchase, in some cases the oz of product were not easily discernable in either the pix or text. I did not have time to review the perfume options; in this visit i was primarily looking for specific gifts requested by a giftee.
