Ordered motor paid 444.00 to over night it. Never got sent in time to get here had to wait extra day. Motor shows on the website a C face end bell in the photo one we got had no c face and foot was broken. Called asked why my motor was different than photo then finally someone got back to me and said oh those are just generic photos you should never order off the photo. When i looked all over the website for an * with not saying photo may not represent what motor you get these are generic photos???????? That should be right above or below photos????? And when you look on other ads in your website there are photos of same motor without c face like one i got so why not just use that photo which closer represents what you are selling? Just really bad to use generic photos and not have label telling customer that. then to tell them oh we always tell all our customers to never order from photo like i was having a conversation with someone when i bought it. so 444 bucks shipping to not get next day then get wrong motor and be told yer fault for falling for the photo/??? so sad.

I have been trying to place this order for a week. We run an HVAC company in ABQ, NM and I would place the order and then get an email a day or two later saying the transaction was declined. I called my bank the 1st time and it was because they wanted to verify the transaction, however, the other 2 times I had no idea what the problem was. Is there any way to confirm the transaction at the time of purchase on the website. When I called the customer service line, I was told I could not make purchases over the phone, and they could not tell me why the card was declining. I hope this time it goes through.

I do not understand the two websites. The electricmotor-us.com did not have a phone number but had a price of $67.89 whereas the electricmotorwarehouse.com website has a price of $79.95. Are these both the same company? I paid the higher price because the website had a phone number in Eastern Standard Time and I feared the other website being a fraudulent website. If both are you, please fix this. This survey sent to me AFTER I ordered the more expensive one uses the same Logo as the cheaper item's website. What??? Did I just pay more for the same product from the same company?

The product was nice, but I happen to have the knowledge of what I'm doing, but a schematic would have been nice, not all products are the same, I replaced a motor from the early 50s only had a set up from 110 volt hooked to a speed controller box, they no longer make so I purchased a motor which was exactly same diameters same horsepower same speed if not more however the newer motors had two speeds but other than that difference it was an exact fit down to the mountings, a schematic even as small as down to a business card would have been nice to tell exactly which wire was what it was supposed to be. This wire does this this wire does that that wire does this also and maybe something different, I went from a motor with two black wires to a wire that had three different colors and I do know the color codes so I was able to do that somebody wants to do it themselves who does not have the knowledge a little small schematic would help a lot and on the back side you can put down warnings don't try this with out this....But in the most I'm happy.

I was glad to hear they carried the OEM replacement part. It was, however slightly different than my old motor. The shaft length was slightly different. The most significant difference was the mounting end of the motor, which had bent retainers (same as the non-mounting end of the motor). My old motor's mounting end had a recessed/spigot crimped assembly, absent the bent clamping retainers. The thickness of these retainers made it impossible to use my original mounting bolts. Luckily, I was able to cut out the rubber mounting ring on the mounting flange, to the thickness of these retainers, affording me the re-use of the original mounting bolts. The motor has been running now for 3 days, and it seems fine to-date.

This was a hard to find motor for my 1979 buck stove. Multiple websites claimed they had one, but it did not have the two blade option it was the 27000 normal buck stove.
