Received motor in timely matter. Unboxed and everything looked great. Motor was packaged well. Motor was installed and wired. Applied power and the motor will not run. Voltage was checked and was good. Called for tech support and told you do not have tech support and would have to file a claim. Not sure what the issue could be but was hoping to resolve the matter. Please advise if you have tech support or if you know of any issue with this and what I need to do as this motor was not cheap. Thanks and please contact me concerning this matter.

My pool pump motor randomly died on me. In the Arizona summer, that is not what you want to happen. I started trying to find a motor locally and could not, I did some online looking and found your website and was blown away by how much cheaper you were than anyone else.
