I've been trolling this site for months and finally decided today was the day to purchase my "Little Ollie". The website is clean and straightforward as well as easy to navigate. But it was the female agent I spoke with on the phone a month ago who sealed the deal and I wish I could remember her name. I just filtered it to bonsai species and chose juniper since I was looking for that and I love that it has the option to include all the tools to maintain your bonsai tree! Plants are such a special gift, and they arrive in pristine condition with thorough directions on their care. My plants were delivered fairly quickly and healthy. Most of the time they are the size expected. I have ordered from another company and they don’t always arrive healthy. My only complaint with EL is that every plant I’ve ordered comes in a black pot.
