The ordering process was fine. The website is a bit confusing but once I learned how to navigate I liked the details given about each product. My package came destroyed, luckily, my bonsai was not affected. Possible reinforcement of the package or a fragile sticker would be beneficial

Several of the bonsais I looked at were out of stock, which was disappointing. But I did find one and purchased it. Tracking did not update for several days which was frustrating because I had no idea if the product would arrive in time. It ended up arriving one day after expected, which was fine. It was good quality, and I was overall pleased with the purchase.
