I like the website a lot but sometimes it’s hard to find some of the products I’m looking for because everything pops up. For example, when I was looking for moisturizer, all the moisturizers came up, but really I was just looking for one specific one and it was all the way at the bottom. I found it easier just to look under the cicapair area instead. I was also using it on my phone so that may have caused some of the issues. Also, it says that there would be a free gift if I hit a certain dollar amount spent which I did and I didn’t see it in the checkout so I’m hoping I get it.

I have been Fan of dr jart since 2015. I bought these products from Korea and when I can purchase them from US, I felt like it became more expensive, so I wait for the sales price, yet I love the product so I will keep buying them.

I approached the offers and deals I was able to get from my first purchase on the website! I have used Dr. Jart products before and normally buy from amazon but they are more expensive and it’s hard to know if something is new or previously used and returned by someone else.

I really enjoy Dr Jart products. I think the website is mostly easy to use but I will say finding the general product search can be a little confusing. It seems to be more about promotions or combos and if I want to search the entire selection of products it did take a couple clicks to find what I was looking for. The website wants to push my experience rather than letting me guide myself to find products I want.
