I would say the only negative is not being able to delete stuff from my bag without specifcally going to the shopping bag page. Otherwise its easy to use and aesthetically nice to look at and search for products

Love Dr.Jart! The only reason some options were knocked down one point is because I did need to reach out to support regarding a pricing discrepancy that will cause me to reach out later to then get the lower price. Incredible visuals and simple checkout experience!

The specific item I was looking for would not come up in the search bar, The ceramidin cream, however I could find it when I went to the moisturizers section. I loved how there was a lot of information for each product to know exactly what you would be buying. I got a BOGO for something I’ve been using that has been helping my skin and I’m very grateful.

The website was a little slow and for the specific product I was looking for, the ceremidin, it was not coming up in the search bar. But as long as I went to moisturizers it was easy enough to find. I liked how organized it was and the explanations of procured made it easy to understand what I was looking at.

I purchased the color, correcting cream (cicapair) a little over seven months ago and used it down to the bottom of the jar. As I stayed at home, Mom working off of one income and a household of five me purchasing high-end beauty products is usually rare… But when I saw that, Dr. jar had a buy one get one of their best sellers sale going on I had to jump. In reading the deal it stated I could choose from a specific list of the best sellers for the buy one get one deal I added the color correcting cream since I know I really love it, but then I also added the moisturizer treatment for redness to really double down on my redness concerns from a skin care perspective not just cover the redness. However, when I went to check out, neither of the products were showing up as free. So I utilized the online chat and was told that the buy one get one deal is automatic so I should check out as is and it would be corrected I got to the checkout page and it’s still was showing as $106 due. So I messaged the chat again and Kashish Said to remove the items and try again. But then asked for a screen shot of the deal as well. I ended up having to Google how to utilize the buy one get one deal because it was not clear on the website or through your online chat person how to take advantage of your ad advertisement. I learned through a Reddit thread that I needed to actually put in the BOGO promo code in order to utilize it. I put in the code and instead of getting one of the two best sellers in my cart for free. Two more of the same exact items were added to my cart for free. Leaving me still at the $106 due at checkout. When I explained this to kashish, they told me to place the order anyway, and I would be refunded for what I overpaid. This didn’t sound right, so I asked for clarification as to how I would be returning the extra two items which would be one of the color corrector, and one of the moisturizing redness treatment and that I didn’t want to pay for shipping the items back. Only after all of this time, nearly over 2 hours spent on your website, and in the chat, was I then told by kashish that I am only allowed to get the same item free for the buy one get one deal. I asked them where this is listed in the fine print and they could not tell me. I looked myself and could not find anything as the buy one get one advertisement from the website says you can choose from any of the best sellers for Korean beauty. This is just extremely frustrating and while I did place my order, I will not be able to try other products. I may also fall in love with and utilizing your buy one get one deal, which is really disheartening.
