My order was really difficult. I tried to buy a set that was discounted. When I added to my cart, however, the original price was assigned. I had to use customer service. They were responsive, but unable to fix the issue for my purchase. Instead, they emailed me and told me to place the incorrect order and they will issue me a refund. Not ideal, I'm trusting that they will actually do it.

Ceramidin is part of my skincare routine and has been for a very long time. I’ve purchased it through this website many times and had no issues. Today, doing it through my phone, I couldn’t see all the sizes available straight up, had to swipe to find the one I wanted. I knew of the different options, but if it was my first time purchasing, I could have misunderstood and thought there were less size options available

It was okay. I felt like it’s harder to find the products than it used to be. I have my usual products I go for, and it was a little harder to find them in the new format. I am sure I will get used to it.

I found everything easily and the prompts were great only thing not clear was the 15 percent i thought i was getting for signing up but in the end my order did not apply which i think should not matter because you go through all the information and turned out to be s small but still a waste of time
