Wonderful experience as always however, I just wish consumers had the option to choose in between the gift items. For example, I have no use for this pouch. I’m sorry. I wish it could’ve been. Face mask Instead, however, that is not a complaint the products are amazing so I’m a happy customer

The clarity of what each product does is very clear, which helped in making my decisions. Prices were significantly more affordable than I thought. I don't really have anything negative. Everything was clearly labeled, easy to find, and checkout was very easy as well.

My order was really difficult. I tried to buy a set that was discounted. When I added to my cart, however, the original price was assigned. I had to use customer service. They were responsive, but unable to fix the issue for my purchase. Instead, they emailed me and told me to place the incorrect order and they will issue me a refund. Not ideal, I'm trusting that they will actually do it.

Ceramidin is part of my skincare routine and has been for a very long time. I’ve purchased it through this website many times and had no issues. Today, doing it through my phone, I couldn’t see all the sizes available straight up, had to swipe to find the one I wanted. I knew of the different options, but if it was my first time purchasing, I could have misunderstood and thought there were less size options available
