DE carries some of the top brands but yet I find the prices expensive. For instance SSG gloves and Ariat boots are now on sale at other retailers.

I made the mistake of having the order sent to my niece in KY and thought she'd just ship them to me. When she told me she "returned to sender" I spoke to Colleen at DE. She was incredibly helpful and contacted the Dover store in Batavia to LTK and requested that the reins be shipped to me upon their arrival. This was above and beyond great customer service! Colleen saved me from losing the single use $50 gc by doing this too. Cathy Roney the Batavia Dover store manager was also great to LMK the reins were on the way and provided a UPS tracking # with email follow up. Thanks to Colleen and Cathy, the reins arrived today. Thank you too for not charging me for the extra shipping. They are why I am going to look at Dressage Extensions and Dover first from now on!

The quality of the boot bag is very good as I expect from Dressage Extensions. The helmet area seems quite small if boots are in the boot compartment. I probably will keep my helmet separate and use the area for gloves and small items. Otherwise the bag is nicely made and will be very useful. I wear a size 9 boot and they are tall in height.

...I was so happy to find a complete set of bits...matching them individually is awkward at best and I'm not experienced with double bridle fitting ... ...would very much like to find bridle with plain nose band and softly beveled reins (especially the curb rein) so I don't get blisters on my hands

I made the mistake of having the order sent to my niece in KY and thought she'd just ship them to me. When she told me she "returned to sender" I spoke to Colleen at DE. She was incredibly helpful and contacted the Dover store in Batavia to LTK and requested that the reins be shipped to me upon their arrival. This was above and beyond great customer service! Colleen saved me from losing the single use $50 gc by doing this too. Cathy Roney the Batavia Dover store manager was also great to LMK the reins were on the way and provided a UPS tracking # with email follow up. Thanks to Colleen and Cathy, the reins arrived today. Thank you too for not charging me for the extra shipping. They are why I am going to look at Dressage Extensions and Dover first from now on!

The quality of the boot bag is very good as I expect from Dressage Extensions. The helmet area seems quite small if boots are in the boot compartment. I probably will keep my helmet separate and use the area for gloves and small items. Otherwise the bag is nicely made and will be very useful. I wear a size 9 boot and they are tall in height.

Ordered Effax travel box. I purchased the same Orem in Dover store so know what is included. This was missing leather cleaner (red lid) and ergonomic sponge was excluded. Super disappointed. Can I return to Dover store?

Was great to find a pad on sale, i added on a scrubber to get free shipping but it was charging me twice ( $7.99 per item) for shipping so i took it off. Still would recommend them though for quality products.

...I was so happy to find a complete set of bits...matching them individually is awkward at best and I'm not experienced with double bridle fitting ... ...would very much like to find bridle with plain nose band and softly beveled reins (especially the curb rein) so I don't get blisters on my hands
