Dressage Extensions is a great store with quality merchandise. A bit pricey, I wait for items I want to go on sale, use a gift card, or wait to receive a gift card for being a member of an equestrian association

This looked like a pretty good halter but when I got it, it was thinner and not as padded as i would have liked. I'll still probably keep it.

...I was so happy to find a complete set of bits...matching them individually is awkward at best and I'm not experienced with double bridle fitting ... ...would very much like to find bridle with plain nose band and softly beveled reins (especially the curb rein) so I don't get blisters on my hands

Good for the most part but when key words were typed in, like girth or gloves there weren't many options that came up so had to scroll through all categories almost to find them.

I appreciate that Dressage Extensions offers a wide variety of products for horse and rider. The search engine is not always reliable for showing products without certain key words but I can typically track down what I am searching for.

I am new to the dressage world and found this extension of Dover narrows down all of the tack choices to focus on primarily dressage options. The girth I am currently using does not seem that comfortable for my Arab and I am seeking to upgrade. I haven’t tried the Total Fit stretch girth yet, as I am waiting for the protective fleece cover to be delivered . I bought this girth during the cyber week event, forgot to put the code in on checkout, but when I emailed the company about my mistake, Dressage Extensions corrected it immediately and gave me the E coupon! Great customer service!

I paid for overnight delivery on an item ordered first thing in the morning on a Thursday, but because it didn’t ship until the next day (Friday) I didn’t get it until Monday, which is 4 days after I ordered it. I emailed to ask why this happened and was never offered an explanation or a refund for shipping. No response at all. Dressage Extensions used to have some of the best customer service in the industry. It’s very disappointing that it is so poor now.

Item was in stock and in my size. I was looking for a heavier wool sweater; the description provided said part wool but it is actually all polyester. Seems to be warm and fit is good so I will not return it. Clothing descriptions could be more accurate. Online was easy and item arrived when scheduled.
