There wasn't complete information to understand the sizing for Horseware Ireland. In general, I wasn't finding information on how to measure for the coats and coolers from any of the brands. I knew I wanted Horseware because of the quality of the product. So I visited their website directly to learn how to measure then subtract inches to get the size I needed. It worked! Coat and cooler are a perfect fit. The sale price was good, so it's fine that I had to do my own research on sizing.

I went to go order a mesh jacket that was on sale, we didn't get any updates on it or anything which was a weird thing because we ordered off of dover. I then contacted customer service and they said they will look at it. The next day I got an email saying that it was out of stock. Costumer service was great though!

I love Dover Saddlery, I have shopped either on line or in person for over 40 years. I have always been pleased with their customer service and the items they carry. I am truly dissappointed that they will no longer be an option for my equestrian needs due to them closing all operations in the near future.
