I order breeches one white one tan I received two white pairs. Reached out and never received anything in return. If they cannot provide what is bought then I understand why the whole business is shutting down. Awful customer service I’m stuck with two pair of white breeches. I want my tan ones that I ordered.

This was a terrible experience. After being spammed with emails, I finally clicked in and placed an order. After receiving a confirmation, I was sent a separate email telling me that my entire order was canceled. I followed up on email questioning this and no one responded. I followed up again and they said it was an "inventory" problem and that nothing that I ordered was in stock. Sure, that's disappointing but there was nothing else offered as an apology to try to keep me as customer.

Sent the wrong size breeches, contact FOUR TIMES via email and twice by phone, no answer back from anyone. In addition to being the wrong size, they came with no tags, no packing slip, and were balled up and basically thrown into the shipping package.

I was told about great deals on their website by our trainer, who also placed an order. Her order was canceled, and mine never arrived. The tracking says it's still waiting for a label. I figure at this point I'm probably not getting the boots I ordered, and it's a matter of time before Dover cancels my order too.

Unfortunately Dover was sold to an “investor” who decided to parcel out the company and sell it off. I lost at least $150 in gift cards when they were making changes. The only reason I made this purchase was because the items I was getting were deeply discounted so I felt like I was getting my $150 worth.

I was so excited to order as there was a massive sale going on. I ordered boots and breeches, the breeches were great. The boots not so much. They do not fit and I cannot return. Honestly this is the last time I try to order something new on line again. I was so sad.

I just received my new leather 32" English girth for my chunky monkey! I'm very excited because now she will be more comfortable and I'll be able to tack up more easily and feel good about it. Still going to save my 30" in the hope that she will slim down!! My girth matches my saddle leather color perfectly. Very happy!

It was hard to purchase the items. Sometimes they would appear on my chart and when u was about to pay for them it would tell me they were out of stock. Very annoying. I must of tried like 20 times in 2 days until finally could make the purchase. Something was wrong with the website. It wasn’t easy at all and kind of frustrating a bit. Also I had to add something last minute to avoid paying high shipping fees which was frustrating as well.

Honestly, it's been a little frustrating but I'm sure it's only due to the huge sale that is going on right now. I'll find something I want and when I went back to put it in my cart it was sold out but that was my fault! If you're shopping and find something you want you'd better buy it right then or someone else may purchase it! On a final note, I am really sad that Dover is closing. They were always the first place I would go to buy the things I needed/wanted.
