I love Dover Saddlery, I have shopped either on line or in person for over 40 years. I have always been pleased with their customer service and the items they carry. I am truly dissappointed that they will no longer be an option for my equestrian needs due to them closing all operations in the near future. As much as I love to go to the store if they could manage online store/ordering it would make a lot of horse people happy.

I ordered paddock boots which I did not know were a Dover brand. Unfortunately, as apparently Dover is undergoing financial restructuring, I am not able to return the boots. They are final sale. The quality of the boots is awful si now I’m stuck with boots I can’t wear.
