I was offered a 30% discount for providing my email and phone number, but then the items I ordered didn't qualify. This is a scammy move. If you are going to get my contact info, you should make good on the discount for any item you sell, or else disclose up front before I sign up which items are not eligible. I did appreciate getting a discount for ordering my items as a subscription.
