Don't get Delivered!
Post-Delivery FeedbackJan 7, 2026
The problem I had was with the delivery service. UPS did not deliver the product to my home, proof being no telephone call, e-mail or proof of delivery attempt left at location. Instead, wondering where my package was, expected delivery date had passed, I checked the tracking info. To my surprise the package had been dropped off at a designated UPS depot (local convenience store. The package had been sitting there for days and I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED! and yes the Christmas gift turned out not to be. Problem clearly with UPS and their "hail Mary" attempt to get rid of as many packages before Christmas. That I understand, but how much extra effort would it have been to notify me the customer. I also blame Clinique for their poor choice in delivery service. The last point I would like to mention is that my wife (who is disabled) had to go to the designated depot to pick up the package herself or the package would have been returned to Clinique, causing yet, further delays. Two trips to the depot before we finally got the package. Someone clearly fails to understand the delivery concept and customer service. If we knew the delivery option was so inconvenient and procedural we likely would have bought elsewhere.
I hope this outlines how much customers rely on the level of service they can count on.
