I have concerns about the rewards redemption process on your website. I’ve been a loyal Clinique customer for years, and while I appreciate the rewards program, the current online experience makes it unnecessarily difficult to actually use the points I’ve earned.
At the moment, the site requires customers to make an additional purchase in order to redeem accumulated rewards. This means I cannot simply use the points I’ve earned from previous purchases unless I buy something else. It feels counterintuitive for a rewards program to require another transaction just to access benefits I’ve already earned.
Additionally, if a customer has more than 250 points and wants to redeem them all, the system only allows one reward redemption per transaction. This forces multiple separate checkouts, which is time‑consuming and frustrating. I find myself having to repeat this process every year, and it continues to be a source of annoyance.
I would love to see Clinique make the rewards experience more user‑friendly by allowing customers to redeem points without requiring an additional purchase, and by enabling multiple rewards to be redeemed in a single transaction. These changes would make the program feel far more rewarding and aligned with the loyalty it’s meant to celebrate.
