I was concerned that the full size "free gift" that was automatically included in my order was not useful to me (acne wash for a senior) so I engaged with your chat person/bot (Anjali), who assured me that after my order is processed a more useful gift would be shipped to me free of charge (Moisture Surge) Opened a "case file #16546163 so that this issue would be followed up when the product is available — so I am now hoping that this actually happens automatically, and that I won't need to follow-up myself later and chase it down. More direct communication on what I can expect next would be helpful.

Actually I expected the size to be somewhat larger for $25. Also I thought there may be a coupon for a discount on another order in future or Maybe a couple small trial product packets for other Clinique products to try to give incentive to purchase. Also it was impossible to track.

Overall I’m very pleased with my Clinique products. I’ve been using Clinique for almost 40 years. The only complaint I have is the free bag of stuff with purchase, that same old tired lipstick you include, it’s a horrible colour. You should make the bag more a choice of the consumer, give us a choice of say five free trial sizes…but we get to pick our own colour of lipstick!

I appreciate the Free full sized gift with purchase but based on my profile, I do not understand why I was given an Acne cleasner. I am 56 years old... I tried to remove it so the site would drop something else in but it wouldn't change it. This will not get me to try a new product and then potentially purchase it in the future.
