the website is okay, had a hard time finding my foundation colour which i order all the time. the online customer service is the worst i have ever seen. had to use it last time, got the run around. horrible online customer service. the very worst considering the crowded market.

Built my order to $120.00. No gift.. chatted.. kept putting me back to order screen.. no gift to appear on order.. called.. put on hold.. Soap on back order so could not get my gift.. The website is extremely frustrating due to the windows that keep sliding down from the top or up from the bottom. They interfere with easy access to the product page. If I search for a product, I want JUST that product page, not panels interfering with a clear view of the product. The website is overly sensitive, too. Often I will find myself taken to another page and then I have to navigate back to the previous page. Honestly, I must like Clinque products a great deal, because I do find the website experience abysmal.

Frustrating! I had to keep referring back to the Fall offer/ bonus (to see what was included), had trouble finding the "add ons" and trouble finding a product I actually wanted AND trying not to overspend, only to see "notify me" (rather than straightforwardly "out of stock"). Too much work, too much bother, too expensive, confusing, disappointing. My worst Clinique 0experience ever. Will stick to storefronts in future.

Honestly, I do a lot of online shopping and your site is the worst. Hard to navigate, slow to open new pages, checkout did not work the first time. If I had not been using your products for 50 years I would probably have given up. Also I had 306 points to use but it would not let me select both the Clarifying Lotion 2 and the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion + for a total of 300 points. Disappointing.

This is consistently one of the worst websites to use. It's weirdly slow, you can't tell if you've actually clicked on something. Even using any specials or offers is difficult. I have found this to be the case for over a decade. It's so strange to me how difficult of a website it is to use, especially in 2026. It's always baffling to me. Your products are good, they work well for me. This doesn't stop me from shopping with you. It's just always so strange to me.
