Hi,
I placed an order with Clinique on March 15 for the New Year (part for myself and part as a gift). Unfortunately, it has now been over three weeks, and my original order has still not been delivered.
When I first contacted support about the delay (after seeing no UPS updates for two days), I was told delivery would take 7–10 business days, while the website clearly stated 2–5 business days.
My original order was never delivered, and there was no follow-up on my support ticket. After reaching out again via chat, a representative helped by reshipping part of the order to me and the rest to my friend’s address.
I received my portion, but my friend’s package is still stuck with UPS. It was labeled on March 30(for a second time), and as of today (April 5), the last update is from April 2 stating “address change requested,” with no further progress.
This situation has been very frustrating and also embarrassing, as it was meant to be a gift. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my online shopping experience with Clinique.
I hope you can improve your delivery process and customer support follow-up.
