My order was +_$93. I applied for the bonus gift- Moisture surge. Need not receive this gift with my order when it was delivered. Also one of the items was back ordered. Received an email yesterday - all sold out. I have been a loyal clinque for over 30 years. Since the department stores shuttered down in Calgary and Kamloops, I am unable to purchase Clinque. In the past years, the Spring and Fall Bonus Gift Bag was something to look forward to and place my huge order. This is my second online order and I am very disappointed. Your customer service is not much help too. I phoned regarding my back order and the bonus gift. Informed her to make a note that I called.
At this stage, I am reluctant to try any other brand products, as Clinque was my go to
Product. May I add, that two of the items on the order - one was very dry at the brush tip and the other, foundation cream left my skin so dry, it was faking. Never had this problem before all these years. Very, Very disappointed. Not that this survey will amount to anything positive, like most surveys
Improvement needed in the following areas:
1. Make your site more user friendly. It is terrible. 2. Customer service. 3. Product returns not easy vs. a department store. 4. Delivery/ order tracking. 5. Back orders, out of stock. When order placed, should indicate if item is sold out.
