My purchase was over $80.00 and should have included the gift bag and it did NOT
Your site shows the gift with purchases as says to enter the code LOVE at checkout to receive it. However, the checkout does not give that option. My order is over $150.00 but the only options available at the checkout were to use a gift card or credit card, unable to enter the code.
Also, your system said for signing up I would receive 15% off for my purchase. That didn’t happen either. If you’re going to offer something, it’s important to give it.
I also emailed your company to advise these issues with my purchase, and it has been over 15 days, and I have not received a response. I very much like your products and routinely purchased them at The Bay. If this is how you treat good customers, I will find other products to use. Also, I would like the 15% refund that your website stated I would get.
