Website was a little slow and the offers did not automatically apply. I had to go out of checkout and go back in again. Also, separately, I tried to purchase in May when I had a birthday gift but it kept saying I had already redeemed it. I had such a frustrating experience talking to customer service chat that I just gave up. It felt like I was talking to an ai robot even though it kept saying it was a human. If it was a human it was definitely using AI to communicate and not their brain. If they used their brain they could see in my order history that I had not placed an order to redeem my birthday gift, but alas, they could not. After much back and forth, I gave up.

Very easy to navigate the site and find what I was looking for. Great products, especially your eyeliners because they work well for individuals who have sensitive eyes or wear contact lenses. It is unfortunate that my favorite color. The roast coffee is being discontinued, I do hope you come up with something similar as it is a great every day eyeliner color

You can be better about letting a guest know their payment did not go through. Instead of letting it stay in processing mode, waiting to know if payment went through and if I needed to use a different form of payment. You’ve just wasted everyone’s time.

I love the aesthetic cleanliness of the packaging of clinique’s products. It gives a very spa feeling. I also love how searching for products and checking out only took me about a minute. Each product has a sincere and concise description of it’s main function, which helps easily narrow down whether it’s the type of product i’m looking for or not. In addition, clinique regularly gives great gifts for spending a certain amount, which is really good and helps incentivize the purchase of products. They also have a fair return policy, and are honest about their ingredients. You get good quality products for a range of prices, so there is something for everyone. I have shopped from clinique before and will continue to do so.

The site was easy to navigate. I searched all over for the best deal for this product since I use it regularly. Purchasing directly from Clinique provided the best discount and “extras” when you spend a certain amount. The full process is the same at the other cosmetic stores.
