This product has a favorite for over 50 years now!! I had it introduced to this area, a friend from out of state had visited with us, and on her return home, she sent me a purse size of this perfume. I saved the bottle and took it to a Clinique Counter at one of our stores; they did not carry it, so the Associate took the information from my bottle, ordered it and informed me what it came in! I have not worn anything else since then; and very rarely do I not get complimented on how good it smells!! And the one thing that I Love about it, I can't smell it, but everyone else does!!!

Placing my order was easy but make sure you read the descriptions because products look very similar but are not the same (ex. dry to combo. vs. combo to oily). I received everything in one box in the exact time frame that was estimated.

The lid to the jar doesn't work! I have to just set it on top of the product because it won't screw on/off. I haven't yet reached out to customer service but the product will be ruined because I can't seal it shut.

Two days ago (possibly before 10/10/26, I was sent an email stating it was my last chance to buy I think it was 5 items at 40% off. I put three Clinique Smart CLINICAL repair Wrinkle Correcting Cream, .5 oz each, in my cart, then went to checkout. The email states (I still have email) that the 40% off would be automatically taken off at checkout. This DID NOT happen so I did not “PAY NOW” because it was the full price. Is this a bait and switch scheme, thinking I would order even though I wasn’t getting the discount of 40%? I called Clinique 800 number about 11 am CST today and though I asked, they would not give me the 40% off the three alike products I had tried to buy Saturday. I didn’t know you had phone coverage on the weekend, so I didn’t call Saturday. The woman offered to send me a 15% off coupon in the mail instead of helping me over the phone. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you would care to talk to me, please call me at 402-680-0598, Shirley Miller. If you call, I’ll know you care about your customers and have good customer service.

I usually buy my Clinique products at Ulta but I saw an ad on social media and decided to go directly to Clinique. I was very pleased to see that I could order directly and even received a discount not only for my one-time purchase but also to sign up for repeat orders. I dont buy a lot of make up. So it was hard to determine what would look best with my skin tone. I think more information to make the best decision for what would work best for me would be helpful. I reordered the same item because the first one had to be returned to due being a bad batch and smelling like a combination of feet and fish. The item was reordered, only to received the item in the same way, the second item also smelled of feet and fish. I canceled the subscription for that product. The purchase process was all good! The product itself was labeled as the correct color - I don’t know if they brought back the same name of blush, “Honey Blush” for a different color or reinvented it. It was not the same color as the old “honey blush” that they used to sell. Much more orange. Not a fan.

If you are referring to the eyebrow pencil, it took a very long time to receive it. It just arrived yesterday, and I think waiting almost three weeks for this was not right. To my knowledge, this was not out of stock. I usually get my orders within a week of ordering.
