I am a long time Clinique user. I often receive compliments on my skin. Although I usually buy local I do like to purchase from the Clinique site. I can read about the products, see reviews, and see related items. I can often purchase items at a lower price than department stores. There’s often special offers. Clinique has consistently provided good products for me. I usually recommend the line to others because of the research and development and quality of the products.

I've been using the products for many years and I've been ordering direct from the site for about 3 years. I do find the website tends to get "stuck" on some sections and can be a little frustrating. There is also a lipstick color I really wanted and it's been sold out for awhile.

The Clinique.com URL was very slow in its response time today. I was online with other sites today as well and did not experience the same delay in response time. That did make it a bit disappointing but because of the current 25% off eye makeup, I was patient and stayed ordering the products directly on the Clinque.com site.

The Clinique Black Honey collection is top tier. The product quality is amazing and the color is so flattering. I think the lip and cheek oil is my favorite because my lips are hydrated and it's the perfect pop of blush and lip tint that's fully buildable. Clinique sent several samples of other products that I can't wait to try as well!

I contacted customer support twice. Both times I waited longer for the response than it took to read the response. The conversation took longer than 30 minutes which is ridiculous. My issue was that I was promised promotional items but did not receive them.
