Clinique discontinued the Laser Focus Wrinkle Correcting Eye Cream that I have use d for 30 years. No suggestion of an equal substitute that customers can replace this with. Are we supposed to try the many eye creams that Clinique sells to find one that works? Most will probably not work as well. Very upsetting! Like the Boars Head deli TV ad says, "Compromise elsewhere." Cut out some lower selling less important eye creams.

This was my first time ordering directly from Clinique’s website, however I’ve worn Clinique makeup for 30 years. I always go back to it as my go to day to day favorite. I utilized the “Find My Shade” feature, as well as chatted with a live agent, in order to figure out my correct shade for a the Even Better Vitamin Makeup I was purchasing. Based on the shade I wore in a previous Clinique foundation as well as the shade finder, the agent was able to confirm my correct shade. I feel confident in the shade I ordered and am excited to try this foundation.

I could not redeem the reward I wanted until I signed out and signed back in. One screen said I was still signed on and one screen said sign in, so I don't know who was confused, me or the computer. I tried the chat, and she said make sure you are signed in, so after I signed out and came back in, the program worked correctly and I was able to place my order.
